I have never tried yoga before and Jamie was very welcoming. She helped me modify the moves to my level and made me feel like I belonged. I loved the little details she incorporated to make the experience inviting from the dimmed lighting, the relaxing sounds, to the weighted blanket and high quality bolster pillows. I can see the benefits not only for my body, but for my soul. I thought I would feel silly (and humiliated) doing yoga, but now I just feel silly that I waited so long to try it out. I highly recommend trying out Jamie’s class!
